Workshops and Retreats
January 26 -29 Clowning Summer Retreat with Lisa Brickell
“The clown has great importance as part of the search for what is laughable and ridiculous about us. We should put the emphasis on the rediscovery of our own individual clown, the one that has grown-up within us… We are all clowns…we all have our weaknesses, our ridiculous side, which can make people laugh when we allow it to express itself.” Jacques Lecoq
Join us at the beautiful Aio Wira Retreat Centre to boost your spontaneity and creativity. Rejuvenate yourself through a long weekend of fun and absurdity in which we explore mask work, clowning and comedy through games and improvisation in a safe and supportive environment.

“I learned to be 100% present and connected both on stage and in my everyday life…It has been a springboard to endless possibilities.” – Greg Goodyer, Teacher and Comedian
April 27 - 29 Introduction to Shamanism - the Journey with Jan Natusch
The main ceremony a shaman performs is the journey. A shaman goes into an altered state of consciousness and travels outside of time. We teach the journey techniques of the Shaman so you can connect with Great Spirit, your own spirit helpers and the spirits of nature, to gain insights, knowledge or healing. You will fly free into the invisible realms to bring back healing and information, and to deepen your connection to all in creation.
Cost: $360 (includes accommodation and meals)
