Kiri is a Degree qualified naturopath & medical herbalist. She also holds Diplomas in Therapeutic Massage & Body Therapies. She runs a practice in Kingsland Auckland which has been operating since 2004. She has been a massage therapist for over 25 years.

​

Kiri’s interest areas within naturopathy are gut health, digestive issues and mental health in particular anxiety and depression.

 

Within her massage experience she worked within the high performative sport framework for ten years and has worked with a wide range of events, teams, athletes and individuals including national level teams, Cirque de Soleil, film companies and productions, professional dancers and musicians to everyday people.

Kiri is interested in wholefood, natural eating, gardening and tramping.

 

Kiri has been interested in and actively fasting for over five years and loves being part of the beautiful Āio Wīira community.
