A quiet premises in the Waitakere Ranges, an oasis of peace.  Relax and restore.

 

Di and I are always thrilled to be able to offer you retreat days at Aio Wira; an opportunity to take time out from your usual routine.  Spend a few hours enjoying a mix of yoga, as well as some resting and relaxation.  Your day includes a simple vegetarian lunch. *

There will be enough time to use the sauna and spa.  Please bring your own towel for this.  You may fancy a river swim as well.. Spend a few hours to discover an ease of being, your inner peace.

 

ARRIVE:         9.00am, ready to start by 9.30am.  The day finishes at 3pm.

Fasting is a popular path towards total well-being and can be a life-changing wellness experience. Our qualified team of Fast facilitators offer monthly 5-day fasts in the Aio Wira fasting tradition. You can have fun, relax or join in the activities, we offer optional massage and body therapy and health information.

A fast at Aio Wira allows you to take time out for yourself to refresh renew and reconnect. Learn to fast, enjoy yoga and meditation, have time for relaxation and participate in workshops with our talented presenters.

InnerSense 6-day Residential Retreat with Graham Mead -  Thursday 3rd April  - Wednesday 9th April

Open Body, Stable Mind

 

In this retreat we’ll be delving deeper into the relevance and practice of body awareness, freeing up the fascia and liberating qi, alongside mind-strengthening practices and the cultivation of stillness.

 

A 6-day retreat is transformative and will enrich your practice significantly. Six full days with very little distraction and a peaceful setting in which to explore the mind and body relationship in depth. People who have attended long retreats (some many times), have found them to be particularly valuable, not only for the significant deepening of their practice, but also the community and support that develops amongst attendees.

 

If you are serious about the transformation of your mind and body, this retreat would be very useful on a yearly basis to maintain the intensity of focus often required for inner work. But most of all, the retreat is replenishing, interesting and fun…and the food is magical.

This is a 2-night 3-day program designed to provide a nourishing and deeply restful reset.

Our weekend retreat includes yoga, meditation, spa and sauna, presenter workshops and optional body therapy.  The program gives you 'you time' with space to walk, read or simply relax. Fast on organic juices, smoothies and blended soups for two days and complete your weekend with a delicious plant-based meal.

Angelic Reiki Levels 1 & 2   Friday 30th May - Monday 2nd June

Become a channel for Angelic healing energy, awaken your Soul gifts & intuition, and deepen your connection to Spirit.
 

In this training you will learn the Angelic Reiki healing method including 6x variations of it (including as healing as a channel, past-life healing, distant and self-healing), receive 2x cleansings & attunements and understand the foundations of healing energy and how to work with it on a daily basis, while deeply connecting in community and awakening to more of your Soul gifts and purpose. 

 

By the end of the weekend you will be attuned to Angelic Reiki Levels 1 & 2, with an ability to offer healing energy to friends, family, colleagues, animals and children. Suitable for complete beginners right through to established practitioners with a number of existing therapies under their belt.


Even if you aren't interested in offering Angelic Reiki as a healing therapy, this course will be very beneficial for your own spiritual and personal growth.
